The main roles we look for include:


Conference Production

Responsible for developing our conference portfolio whilst being targeted on quality, productivity and revenue (i.e. popularity) from each conference.

  • Conduct market research to enhance repeating events and develop new conferences
  • Find and invite speakers
  • Design and coordinate a cutting edge agenda
  • Write content for event website and brochures
  • Develop and present the marketing, delegate and sponsorship sales briefs
  • Support these departments through each campaign
  • Attend all conferences produced and assist the operations team, to ensure the smooth running of your event


Sponsorship and Exhibitor Sales

We design our events to allow a channel for solution provider companies to show how they fit into the topic of discussion.  Through sponsorship, exhibition spaces, content delivery and networking opportunities we allow them to enter the conversation in a way that benefits everyone in attendance.

You will need strong B2B sales skills to succeed as part of a very dynamic team that:

  • Sell sponsorship/exhibition packages for those wanting to connect with the chosen audience of any given conference
  • New Business and Account Management
  • Understanding client needs and matching solutions to meet their personal and business objectives
  • Conducting thorough research to source new leads relevant to each event
  • Build and retain effective sales relationships
  • Understand procurement practices of key customers
  • International travel as required


Online Marketing

We are always looking for talented communicators with an understanding of all channels but especially data management and online marketing.  This is an exciting dynamic role because the number of niches and events you will be working on at any one time stops any kind of rut forming!

  • Understanding the market niches for each event
  • Database management
  • Copywriting
  • Email and social media marketing
  • Content marketing
  • Arranging media partnership and joint venture promotions


Delegate Sales

Working in an exciting environment, with a competitive OTE and great progression prospects.

You have the opportunity to build networks across the world’s best research organizations and life science companies. This position comes with full training and mentoring as required.

  • Learning the companies and job roles for this industry to ensure you sell to the right people.
  • Encouraging delegate attendance at our conferences
  • Conducting thorough research to source new leads relevant to each event
  • Contacting potential delegates by telephone to ensure the event is known and understood in the industry
  • Managing contact database
  • Traveling to help at events, as required


Event Operations Management

If you have a talent for organisation and operations, we can use your skills to help deliver our range of worldwide conferences.  Full time, part time or on a project basis, we always appreciate help delivering on our promises and ensuring the experience of all our attendees is world class.  This may include allor some of:

  • Venue sourcing and management
  • Travel management
  • Purchase and budget management
  • Attendee and VIP coordination and communication
  • Reporting and event administration


Market Researchers

Our market researchers are the backbone of the company.  Providing vital information to conference production and marketing departments, this intelligence allows us to explore and create new conferences and ensure we reach the right audience when we launch these.

This role is an excellent launch pad for anyone wanting to get into the conference or media industries.  Gaining a grounding in research and market development, this role would allow you to explore the industry and decide whether production or marketing suits you more.  Promotion to one of these areas in time is certain for the right candidate.
